
WHO IS ANDRZEJ?
Taking his experience as a go-to-market sales leader and fusing it with his passion for marketing and creative social experiences!
Andrzej Karwaczynski, the founder of Karva Mgmt serves as the manager for the firm's clients. Growing up in Detroit, he moved to Florida at the age of 13 and lived in a homeless shelter for two years. From there he elevated beyond all odds stacked against him and rose up the academic ladder in high school to earn a scholarship to the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, Andrzej met his mentor through the Sport Business Program at UCF. In his time as a student, Andrzej served in multiple leadership roles, locked down key sponsorships for multiple sport events, and was even recognized for creating a marketing strategy for Jordan Brand/Drake partnership. His original "plan" was to attend law school and become brand counsel in the sport and entertainment industries.
With his path laid out, life struck with massive adversity again, this time with his Mother's health. Andrzej took that as a sign and entered the financial and tech industries; further gaining several years of experience as a go-to-market sales leader, account manager and serving as the main point of contact for high net worth individuals and business owners. While doing all of that from "9-5," Andrzej continued serving as a private marketing manager and sharpening his creative skills by completing numerous business projects including the NFL, Phoenix Suns and a number of local businesses. Part of his portfolio includes three complete brand launches, automotive creator management, and orchestrating over 50 immersive experiences in the automotive events space.
Taking all of his experience, expertise and passion for brand building, Andrzej decided to start Karva Mgmt to serve a handful of businesses and entrepreneurs within the automotive, motorsports and professional service niches, helping all navigate the creative landscape, emerging marketing space, and creating client experiences focused on brand awareness and revenue.
